# App icons

Stepzy ships 14 app icons so it can fit whatever your Home Screen looks like.

## Changing the icon

1. Open [Settings](https://getstepzy.com/docs/settings).
2. Scroll to the APP ICON grid, below APPEARANCE.
3. Tap the icon you want.
4. iOS shows a brief confirmation, and your Home Screen updates.

## Free and Pro icons

The first two icons, including the default, are free. The remaining twelve come with [Stepzy Pro](https://getstepzy.com/docs/stepzy-pro) and show a lock until you subscribe.

Icon and theme are separate

Changing your app icon does not change your in-app [theme](https://getstepzy.com/docs/themes), and vice versa. Set them independently.

## Frequently asked questions

### My Home Screen still shows the old icon.

iOS occasionally caches it. Lock and unlock your iPhone, or restart it, and the new icon appears.

### Does the icon change on my Apple Watch?

No. Alternate icons apply to the iPhone Home Screen.

### Can I go back to the default?

Yes. Tap Default in the grid at any time.
