Getting started
Exporting your data
Stepzy can hand you your own numbers as a spreadsheet. The export is built on your iPhone from data already loaded, and goes wherever you choose to send it.
Exporting
- Open Settings from the gear icon.
- In the HEALTH & SYNC section, tap Export data.
- Pick a range: 30 days, 90 days or Year.
- Tap Prepare export. If it reads Loading your history, wait a moment for the full range to load.
- Tap Share 2 files and choose Files, Mail, AirDrop, Numbers or any other app.
What is in the files
| File | Columns |
|---|---|
| Stepzy-steps-(date).csv | date, steps, goal, goal_met, skipped - one row per day |
| Stepzy-workouts-(date).csv | start, end, type, duration_min, distance_km, calories_kcal - one row per workout in the range |
Both open in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets. The goal column is that day's own goal, so split and custom schedules export correctly.
Your data stays put
Nothing is uploaded. The files stay on your iPhone until you choose where to send them, and your steps and workouts remain in Apple Health either way.
