Profile and walking pattern
Profile, at the top of Settings, holds two things: the activity level you chose when you set Stepzy up, and the walking pattern Stepzy learns from your history.
Activity level
Light, Moderate, Active or Very active, as picked during setup. You can change it here or set it to Not set. Changing it does not change your goal - it describes a typical day.
Your walking pattern
| Row | Shows |
|---|---|
| Usual weekday walk | Your most active two-hour window on weekdays, such as 6-8 pm |
| Usual weekend walk | The same for weekends |
| Strongest day | The day of the week you usually walk most |
| Typical day | Your median steps on days with data |
The pattern is learned from your last four weeks in Apple Health. While there is not enough data yet, Profile shows Learning with how many more days of steps it needs. A row reads No clear time yet when that part of the week has no consistent walk.
Stepzy updates the pattern at most once a day. Pull down on Profile to refresh it now.
The walking pattern is what lets smart reminders arrive just before your usual walk instead of at a generic time.
